Technical Support Days

ESRI South Asia organizes Technical Support Day every quarterly for our users. The purpose is to increase user interaction and to update you on our ever-advancing technologies in the GIS arena.

The next support day will be in September 2007.

Request for Technical Support Team

We would like to serve our users better by providing efficient technical support services.  These technical support services are now handled by our client services department.  Technical support services include queries on software functionalities, installation procedures, key code problems and any reported software bugs.   All the support queries will be acted on by the relevant personnel by email, telephone or fax.  However, to ensure that you receive the appropriate technical support, we would like to encourage that your softwares are under current maintenance with us.

To log in your technical support question with us we would like you to either email to us at support@esrisa.com.my or submit the support form to us with complete details of the problem including the software type and version being used.
